“Ideal hotel”
I think this is the tallest hotel in Cusco and it was great,we asked for a high room and they were very helpful and put us on the 11 floor where the views were superb.The restaurant is at the top of the hotel and we had a wonderful meal there with the panoramic views of Cusco,breakfast was also served there but not the same as the city lit up at night. Once again we asked reception if they could get a taxi driver for the day to take us to the sights they did this and very reasonable, they do not have much English but we managed to communicate.It is about 15 min into St Martins Square where you will find churches, cafes, restaurants, souvenir shops just wonderful to walk around and so clean. We were worried about altitude sickness but if you take it easy the first day you arrive you will be OK,the coca tea is an acquired taste but you can buy sweets with coca in and we had some of those whether they worked we couldn’t say but we didn’t suffer. Would recommend this hotel and Cusco to all.
